I absolutely feel like this place was instrumental in saving my life. When I left, I was in no way prepared to face "life" as a sober woman...it was just that boost I needed to get my body to a place that would allow my mind to be able to focus on recovery and begin my process of healing. I was there in 2014 and I have learned that everyone has a different way that they achieved steady sobriety but we can all agree that it WONT happen overnight. If you are reading this...chances are you need to at least give them a call and talk to a counselor...if I can get clean ANYBODY can! 😉

Doctor Booth and all the nurses and nurse assistants were very,very good in handling my intake, right through to my release. I stayed for 8 nights and wanted to stay longer but my insurance wouldn't cover any longer. I left Bruce Hall with confidence that I had in hand SAFE prescription for an addict and alcoholic. Patients on this ward are very unwell. I speak for myself when I say "I was dying". I owe my life and sobriety to all the staff, and especially Doctor Booth, at Bruce Hall. The nurses and Doctor Booth are readily available for questions after discharge and you can telephone them directly. I am very,very grateful. I am sober today!

Bruce Hall changed my life! Most of the staff were ex addicts/ still in recovery so they were very understanding, and made sure the patients were comfortable the whole time. I LOVED LOVED LOVED JEFF. If you happen to have him (since he floats around hospitals) make sure you participate in his activities because they are a blast and thank him for his service as he was a Medic in the army and saved thousands of people's lives! I recommended this place to anyone with a substance abuse issue!

The entire experience was awesome! The nurses were great,and the doctor was great! everything! Zero withdrawals, I felt sluggish and tired but other than that I was fine. Great food, great meds, overall Bruce Hall was an amazing rehab facility!
